Time for Change (1-22-11)

For 11 years now I have been a scrapbooker. About 3 years ago I decided to start making cards, oh what a thrill! Cardmaking is like scrapbooking but such a smaller fulfilling surface. Cards can be used to encourage, celebrate and share in so many wonderful moments. My heart and soul goes into making my cards. Okay, enough about cards. So, today I had a brainstorm and decided to create my first ever blog. I want to try every craft out there and blog about my successes and failures as a crafter.


I want to try new crafting tools and post my finds.


I want to try crafts I've never tried before, like:

• crochet



• knitting



• jewelry making



• wood burning



• sewing



• cake decorating



• cooking new recipes



• and of course more cards and scrapbooks

I just want to break out and stretch myself in new directions and this is the year I want to start.

So I will find new ideas and post photos of my creations along with my thoughts on the craft of the week or day etc.

I cannot wait. Watch out world......here comes the...
